deepin、ubuntu使用QQ、TIM无法接收图片，一直转圈圈的解决方法
1、这是由于IPV6导致，关闭IPv6即可解决
解决方法：
sudo sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1 sudo sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6=1 sudo sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6=1
当然也可以直接写到sysctl配置文件里
vim /etc/sysctl.d/99-sysctl.conf net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1 net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6=1 net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6=1 sysctl -p //使配置文件生效
再次查看图片就显示了！
